Suffering is manageable.
Do you find yourself constantly burdened by stress?
Do you feel you’re unable to manage it?
The key to managing stress is first to come to an understanding of it. Yoga teaches us that we suffer from an attachment to delusions, delusions that we create. The reassuring thing is that if we created it, we can work to “un-create”. As humans we have the ability to consciously shape our narrative, however, like many of us, we take on narratives that often aren’t our own. My ultimate goal with this product is to use yoga to first become mindful of the narrative and then work to change it. Ultimate freedom is the result of mindfulness, and it’s yours to achieve!
